Position: Permanent, full time, Monday to Friday. 35 hours per week.
Salary: £17,000 PA

It is their passion to provide professional and effective solutions for their clients, using bespoke systems, leading technology, and a team of dedicated, qualified consultants. We now have the opportunity for an Administrator to join their team.
The successful candidate will have office administration experience and be confident in their ability to work to a high standard and in a timely manner.
Duties will include:
Working closely with Safety Advisors and wider team to ensure clients are serviced to a high standard.
Liaising confidentially by phone with customers and team members to handle queries and solve problems
Assist and support your team to ensure maximum speed and efficiency
Replying to emails and answering queries
Keeping customers up to date with tasks
Reports, diary management and other day to day admin tasks
Experience of working in administration
Excellent time management, multi-tasking skills and problem solving
