Position: Part time, must be available to work weekends.
Salary: £20k full time equivalent, DOE + commission.
David’s Bridal is passionate about helping women shine for the special moments in their lives. As the world’s largest bridal retailer, they offer a wide range of styles and sizes, so all women can have the celebration of their dreams. They are now looking for a Bridal Sales Consultant to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience to David’s Bridal customers, achieving sales goals and performing duties related to the presentation and operation of the store.
As a Sales Consultant, you will take on the role of brand ambassador and demonstrate the values and qualities of the David’s Bridal brand.
Responsibilities will include:
Providing great customer service to all customers
Booking in appointments and wedding parties
To consistently work towards achieving KPIs set by Store Manager
To strive to become a Circle of Excellence member by exceeding sales targets
To celebrate the success of the team and individuals, sharing your expertise with fellow Consultants/Stylists
To upsell services and products where suitable
To work with Alteration Specialists to arrange appointments to personalise and fit gowns/dresses
Ensure accurate and timely clock-in and clock-out for scheduled shifts
Ensure that the store and products are consistently maintained and in pristine condition at all times
Previous experience within the Bridal industry or in a luxury retail environment
A passion for fashion, and for going the extra mile to make David’s Bridal customers look and feel fantastic
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Motivated to achieve sales targets set by Store Manager
Ability to energetically create a supportive environment and work well with other team members
