Who are we?

Purple HR is the brainchild of our two directors Mandy Fitzmaurice and Leanne Pick. Together, they have a wealth of real-world experience in General and HR Management across a wide range of service industries.

The company launched as Change Partner in 2010 but was subsequently rebranded to Purple HR in 2014. Our goal has always been to provide a range of HR solutions from a fully managed and outsourced HR department, to an advice line for that essential back up support whenever it’s needed.

Mandy Fitzmaurice

Director
Mandy has a wealth of hands on HR experience and, prior to founding Purple HR she was Interim People Director at HobbyCraft Group Ltd and before that HR Director at Connaught PLC. Mandy has a passion for all things HR, and a track record for getting things done. Mandy acts as HR Director for many of our clients. In her spare time Mandy Deputy Chair of Governors at Heathlands First School and a non-exec director at Dance South/Pavilion Dance
Leanne Pick

Leanne Pick

Director
Leanne has plenty of practical, front line HR experience. Before joining Purple HR, she was the practice manager in a busy legal practice. In Purple HR, she acts as the first line HR manager for many of our clients.

Peter Fitzmaurice

Peter Fitzmaurice

Customer Service Director
Peter has over 20 years of practical experience of managing change in organisations.  Before joining Purple HR in 2016, he was for 9 years a strategic advisor to Middle East government departments providing practical advice and guidance to improve overall performance, quality, and project management. With a successful record of developing people and organisations Peter excels at meeting the needs of our customers whilst delivering a service that goes above and beyond their expectations.
Joanne Morrison

HR Assistant
Joanne has worked for Purple HR for 2 years, starting off as an HR Administrator, quickly moving on to HR Assistant, dealing with our outsourced employees located all over the UK. Joanne has a vast amount of experience within customer services and has achieved her CIPD level 3 qualification.

Recruitment Coordinator
Hannah has gained experience from several in-house recruitment and agency roles. Passionate about providing our clients with the very best candidates, she goes the extra mile to ensure that all aspects of the recruitment process are taken care of and run smoothly.
Margaret Harding

Margaret Harding

Recruitment Manager
Margaret has extensive recruitment experience from Agency Recruitment to In-house Recruitment, previously Margaret has worked as an In-house recruiter for Barclays Bank before that she looked after a National Client sourcing and looking after 250 temporary staff.
Lisa Fitzmaurice

Lisa Fitzmaurice

Office Manager
Lisa has a wealth of hands on administrative and organisational experience. Before joining Purple HR she spent five years working for the MOD providing administrative assistance to soldiers based in Germany and was part of the re-basing programme solely organising the travel of over 300 Soldiers and their families back to the UK. During her time at Purple Lisa has undertaken a two-year payroll management course and in her spare time enjoys long walks with her two dogs.
